(国际同心会/国际学士院人体生命科学院/工党大陸经貿部/全球報道) IAE国际学士院人体生命科学研究院宋維生院长表示：进入新世纪以来，生命科学的研究、生物基因技术的发展不断取得重大的突破，对有效解决人类的健康、食物、能源、生态、环境等重大问题提供了强有力的推手。生物科技的重大突破正在迅速孕育着和催生着新的产业革命，推动着国际产业格局的重大调整。早在2009年，国务院颁发了《促进生物产业加快发展的若干政策》，文件强调加快培育生物产业是我国在新世纪把握新科技革命战略机遇、全面建设创新型国家的重大举措，必须抓住世界生物科技革命的机遇，将生物产业培育成我国高新技术领域的支柱产业。坚持以爱国情怀报效祖国，以无私奉献服务社会，成为了生命科学领域执着坚定的拓荒者，要用毕生所学，为国人生命健康保驾护航，为世界医学发展贡献力量。因为怀揣共同的“产业报国，造福苍生”素朴情结，在爱国精神和对国家生物产业政策的鼓励信任等驱动下，长期致力于生命科学领域的探索与研究，以生物科技造福苍生，专注于造福人类生命健康的伟大事业。
Dr.Song,Wei-sheng Dean of the Institute of Human Life Sciences, IAE International Bachelor's College, said: Since the beginning of the new century, great breakthroughs have been made in the research of life sciences and the development of biotechnology, which has provided a powerful impetus to effectively solve the major problems of human health, food, energy, ecology and environment. Major breakthroughs in biotechnology are rapidly nurturing and stimulating a new industrial revolution and promoting major adjustments in the international industrial structure. As early as in 2009, the State Council issued "Several Policies to Promote the Accelerated Development of Biological Industry". The document emphasizes that accelerating the cultivation of bio-industry is an important measure for China to grasp the strategic opportunities of the new scientific and technological revolution and build an innovative country in an all-round way in the new century. We must seize the opportunities of the world biological and technological revolution and cultivate the bio-industry into a pillar industry in the field Insisting on serving the motherland with patriotism and serving the society with selfless devotion, we have become a persistent pioneer in the field of life science. We should use what we have learned all our lives to protect the health of our people and contribute to the development of world medicine.
